We are seeking a Marketing Manager who can develop and execute Tekora’s marketing strategy, enhance our brand presence, and generate qualified leads to support our ambitious growth plans.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role will strike a balance between hands-on execution and strategic planning, ensuring that Tekora’s story and offerings are communicated clearly to prospects, customers, and partners.

You will collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and service delivery teams to align marketing with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in technology, IT services, or cybersecurity.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO platforms).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to balance strategy and execution.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented companies.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in marketing MSP/MSSP or B2B technology services.

  • Familiarity with IT/cybersecurity terminology and trends.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with Tekora’s MSP/MSSP services.

    • Define brand positioning and messaging across all channels to ensure consistency and effectiveness.

  • Campaigns & Content

    • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, SEO/SEM, events, webinars, and paid ads).

    • Oversee content creation (blogs, whitepapers, one-pagers, case studies, videos, and presentations).

    • Manage Tekora’s website and ensure fresh, engaging content.

  • Lead Generation & Growth

    • Build demand-generation funnels and track ROI on campaigns.

    • Support sales enablement through targeted campaigns, proposals, and collateral.

  • Partnership & Events

    • Coordinate with vendors, technology partners, and industry associations for co-marketing opportunities.

    • Plan and manage trade shows, networking events, and customer appreciation programs.

  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, web traffic, and campaign ROI.

    • Provide regular performance reports to leadership.
